Where we ship
Free shipping applies to the continental United States only. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Expedited shipping, where available, incurs an additional charge.
Tracking
Orders in stock typically dispatch within one week. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery timeframes are estimates and actual dates may vary with carrier volume and weather.
Changes to your order
Need to change an address or cancel? Email support@mihogousa.com as soon as possible — once an order has shipped we may not be able to modify it. Custom or pre-ordered items cannot be swapped after the order is placed.
